Description
Poor Joe ended up having a nightmare where he saw his identical cousin Bob Dalton again....but not the way he wanted.
Joe: ''B...Bob?'' ''C...cousin?''
Bob: ''Howdy Joe it's good to see ya again and your side of the family trying to be like mine, just promise that ya won't end up like Grat, Bill or me will ya?''
For all those who don't know, in the early versions of the comic Hors-La-Loi that featured the real Daltons and not the cousins we all know and love, Bob Dalton was killed by a bullet(fired by Luke himself! )to the head while he was hanging from an oil lamp due to getting his neckerchief caught on it.www.schnittberichte.com/www/SB… The scene was changed in later versions of the comic.
I prefer the original ending as it's a much more powerful scene and it fits a nightmare perfectly.
Also it actually gives Joe a more understandable personal grudge against Luke.
I do not own Joe Dalton or this version of Bob Dalton
