The bad guys from the Lego Knights Kingdom 1 sub theme of Castle from 2000.
The middle one is Cedric the Bull, he's the leader. Anyone who's played Lego Island 2 The Brickster's Revenge might remember that cannon mini game where you must use your own cannons to destroy his cannons before he destroys all of your cannons.
The guy on the left is Gilbert the Bad, he's Cedric's second in command(I think)and he's an expert at building siege engines like catapults and battering rams. He's supposed to be holding the Bulls flag but the scanner cut off his left arm and the thing he's holding in his right hand is one of these things .............
Last of all on the right is Weezil, he's a master at building traps to ensnare the good knights of King Leo. According the instructions manual of Lego Creator Knights Kingdom he was abandoned in the forest, Cedric found him, took him in and raised him as his own son. And the scanner cut off his right arm so you can just see the top the sword he's holding
I never had any of the Knights Kingdom 1 sets when they came out because I was only 3. But I did get Lego Creator Knights Kingdom when I was 7 and Cedric quickly became my favourite character in the game because of the cutscenes where he tries several attempts to take over King Leo's castle but ends up failing every time and suffering an embarrassing defeat. They didn't just make me laugh but they also made me feel sorry for Cedric. Cedric used to be my number 1 favourite Lego character until a certain boss from Lego Racers knocked him down to 2nd place(Guess who that is and you win a cookie)

I had the Creator Knight's Kingdom when I was a wee lad, I remember it fondly! I also have a Gilbert figure as well!
